Jim and Donna recognized the need for experienced agent's in the Internet age. While many agents succumb to the pressure of bargain Internet sites, We recognized the niche for knowledgeable experienced travel professionals. He knew that travelers would appreciate the values of a full-service travel agency. Many travelers learned that they actually saved money by seeking the help of an experienced travel professional. Donna started booking group cruises before we ever started this company. After about 3 years of doing all the work, we found out that we could get paid by the cruise line for doing this, so we started this company. Jim, also known as Wally, became more active throughout the years, and we now spend equal time on arranging travel for our clientele.
